My tasks:
Expansion and temporary maintenance of legacy applications. Cross-team support in the development of new frontend applications on a modern tech stack with a high focus on accessibility and high-quality UX. Further development of features and maintenance after relaunching the apps.

Challenges:
Fast implementation of feature and maintenance tickets in a sprint and deadline-oriented way of working and the associated coordination among the technical project stakeholders (teams/developers/PMs/POs).

My tasks:
Implementation of the design and implementation of cache-sensitive content via Vue.js, GraphQL and Elasticsearch. Integration of advertising spaces including control logic for various advertising providers. Integration of an IAB-compliant consent solution.

Minor backend works for the integrating of external service providers. Upgrade of the CMS to the next higher version including refactoring of various backend modules and integrations. Setup and maintenance of the frontend build tools via Webpack and later Vite.

Challenges:
Solution and budget-oriented planning and working in several teams, including customer contact. Ticket and documentation maintenance. Agile handling of requirements and deadlines that sometimes change daily.
